Customers who pay a fixed budgeted amount are guaranteed a fixed price
for the gallons protected throughout the heating season regardless of
whether the price rises or drops.
Credit balances can be used for service policies, upgrades for more efficient
equipment or to lower next season’s budget payments. No refunds will be
issued.
