Schedule My Annual Equipment Tune-up Online In return for online scheduling you will receive 25 loyalty points that can be applied towards the installation of parts and equipment as explained in FAQ: Understanding Arbor Oil Loyalty Points at www.arboroil.com/faqs.htm. You will receive an immediate email acknowledging receipt of your request. In addition to other information, you will be asked to provide 3 dates for us to pick from that are more than two weeks from the date of your online request. Let us know if you prefer morning or afternoon service. Within 5 workdays of your online request you will receive a schedule date and time via email. The date will become firm and earn loyalty points only after you acknowledge by replying to that email. If you prefer to schedule your annual tune-up by speaking with a customer advocate, please call 203-272-3250. [Loyalty points will be waived.] Annual Tune-ups are part of Arbor Oil's planned maintenance services.
